How often do Parra do this. It's so obvious that Parra must have a script telling them to:
- If we are ahead in second half ensure you drop the ball or get penalised enough to lose the game
- If ahead in final 10 minutes drop the ball sufficient times to allow opposition to get close or lose game
- If behind ensure opposition score in final 10 minutes so that score blows out
How strong a heart do you have to have to be a Parra supporter?

X2. Even when we win some people aren't happy. WTF
to be fair, the passes thrown to him were shit, they would of been hard to take even on a dry day.
Mate don't worry about our season is gone, enjoy the win for what it is.
We won with a second rate team and under shit conditions.....
We are still learning how to win and how to close out games, the fellas & BA have done extremely well considering the have their backs to the wall for at least 60% of the season due to various reasons.
Well done Parra for playing with grit and heart
Beating Manly at Brookvale, no matter how frustrating it was, we will take the win any day of the week.It also means we have most likely avoided the wooden spoon
The defensive effort was IMO the best we have given this year, especially in the second half, as we all know our second halves this year have been our downfall. If only we had this effort last week and against the Titans.
I am not getting carried away with the win. We were still very ordinary in a lot of our attack. Kelly and Morgan did their best to spoil the result.
I think Norman at Captain was a contributing factor in keeping the boys minds on the job especially in defense. I have been calling for someone like Norman to take over the captaincy and it is only due to Mannah being injured today that Norman was captain. I believe if Mannah was captain today, we would not have won. And if we had Norman as captain a lot earlier in the year we would have won a at least 3 more games this year which would have had us in the top 8, but again BA was not willing to make the tough decision.
This season just like last years will again go down as one of missed opportunities, so close but yet so far.
Next weeks home game against the Sharks will be a real gauge on where we are at. Our defense should keep us in the hunt but with Kelly and Morgan in our attack it is going to be a tough ask. If we can win next week and then win against the Raiders at home that will give us 26 points which will 2 to 4 points outside the top 8 so those close games that we have lost this year have come back to haunt us again.
