STERLO’S WARNING TO ARTHUR
Parramatta legend Peter Sterling believes that the Eels must take the right steps to make sure playmaker Corey Norman has put his off-field issues behind him.
Norman officially re-signed with the club on Thursday for a further three years on a deal worth around $2.1 million.

The 25-year-old was one of the Eels’ best this year until a string of dramas derailed his season leading to an imposed NRL suspension.
“I spoke to Brad Arthur last week and he was very complimentary as to what Corey Noman can be,” Sterling told the Triple M Rush Hour.
“He said he’s not a villain but needs some guidance.
“On the field an absolute talent and he said Parramatta would be a far different looking football team if he was there.
“But he’s left the right path on a couple of occasions, not too seriously but that needs to be addressed.
“If he’s signed for three years I think Brad Arthur needs to make sure we don’t have any kind of reoccurrence of what happened this year and a couple of things in the past.”

Totally agree with Sterlo, serious steps need to be put in place with Corey to get him a bit more aware of the ramifications of his actions.
Only human let the guy have life n off the field like rest them too
That is harsh; he was not the only one to think that. Sterlo is informative, smart and knowledgeable. Legend of the club and always makes sense.
