I read this in a newspaper yesterday, it wasn't a whole article, it was mentioned in an article about Newcastle.
Lodge really came on in his first season in the NRL with the Broncos and as it sounded in the article he is likely to stay in Brisbane.
On field I thought he put in some very solid and tough performances but his off field dramas and discipline is something the club could probably do without.
I think the club should be starting to head down a zero tolerance pathway and become a more disciplined/professional club.
Thoughts?

We need the size and experience
would be a good pick up for the right price
Agreed John. That should be made clear whenever the club offers contracts to players. If you don't want to be a professional, then there are plenty of others clubs for you.
Parramatta are in talks but it is likely he will stay in Brisbane.
Yeah extraordinary isn't it Brissy !
He must be getting some sort of third party deal on the side.
