The title says it all, but a new post has me quite concerned as I went to read it, I don't know who does the editing and reports on the site but its quite embarrassing from the very beginning of the article, below is the link and first paragraph, I nearly fell off my chair when I started to read right at the first line.
I am not someone that likes to pick up poor grammar or spelling mistake, as many of those two areas have changed over the years, especially with the Americanisation of our spellings. Thing is that the eels web site if supposed to be the front page to the club, and for me that means some skills in editing and checking what is said.
There is two errors in the first paragraph, and how bad really are they? no wonder Australia and NSW are below par with some 3rd world countries in regards to basic errors and spelling.

The Parramatta Eels take on the St. George Illawarra Cowboys at ANZ Stadium on Sunday 18 June in Round 15 of the NRL Telstra Premiership and Blu & Gold Head Coach Brad Arthur says the clash will be a tough contest, with both sides desperate to bounce back after losses.

Wiz, I commented on the photo's in a blog early in the season, and copped it from many, ""is that all you can say, Petty, and the like.
I agree with you about the photo's though, last year was no better as all of the players looked recruits in a mafia prisoner mug shots, this year they are out in the walled security zone.
Yep. I check it probably 3 times per season usually for the press conference.
It's a shockingly poor site.
We've got holes in many of our work clothes and we run a high quality organic garden (producing between 1.5 and 2.5 tones of organic food per year out of less than 1/8th of an acre) that impacts health in a vast variety of ways and we have a large internet presence (profile) with multi millions of browsers/visitors to our website. Does having holes mean we can't be trusted with health and well-being which to us is far far far far far far far far more important than just running a RL club aligned to gambling and booze while forumites act deeply concerned about our clubs professional profile, marketing, etc, etc??? Just saying......
I'm assuming you mean you produce 1.5 - 2.5 tonnes per week and not per year yeah ?
1/8th of an acre..my home veggie patch is bigger than that.

Per year (read again). It is NOT a commercial exercise though it performs in the commercial world communicating with brothers, sisters out there (use "The System" to get out of "The System" in this life). The point is everything is in the intention and we should all be sensing the intentions behind everything instead of mocking up powder-coated bullshit around whatever to make things appear different to how things really are as in, politicians kissing babies, shinny wrappers with buzz words containing deeply harmful yet sweet tasting products used to feed children, adults and nature, smiling banking commercials, etc, etc. Reality is at a great distance to what is presented with these fake facades. Fake niceness coming at us all in a 1001 ways is making a most terrible mess of reality. Hell comes with a smile too but can you see/sense the clenched teeth and cold steely eyes (so to speak)??? For fucks sake Mick Cronin played on a handshake that was good enough for all concerned.
WTF happened to this blog and drugs are baaaaad mmmmkay?
