I call it BS! Why do these issues seem to raise their ugly head during the NRL season and not during the off season
It's frikin annoying and always seems to happen to us right as the season is starting..
Last season there was the toilet sex scandal involving Dylan Brown and his season pretty much summed up how that got to him..

Suppose it may be only just getting to the courts since was only raised in august last year. But gee, it's not new news but magically appears at same time as election.

but I wonder whether powerful clubs get a whiff of us being protected from refs and then pay off journos to spread shit to keep their " protected species" status at the top.

But Parra are not protected from Refs . It does seem though that we have had a bit more fairer attention overall past couple of years .
