I preview our 2023 season on my channel. Where do you realistically think we will finish this year?. A lot of the "experts" and fans have us finishing between 5th to 8th. And also out of all the new signings which ones do you think will go the best in 2023?.

Hopgood is going to be massive for us and could be what we lacked. Mongrel.

I have heard nothing but positive things in regards to Hopgood.
I'm getting more confident as the season draws closer. I don't think Penrith will be nearly as dominant as they have been, storm are finally fading, roosters lack depth and have questions in their spine. Manly might be dangerous but I see souths as a major threat.
Yeah, they have a great production line, but eventually you lose too much experience too quickly, and I think that's going to be the case this year

The so-called experts had us finishing 5-8 last year, and gave us no hope of even making the GF. I think it's clear they have no idea whatsoever. For mine I think we are capable of a top 2 finish, but we'll need to be switched on every game. The other teams will be after our scalp.
Top 4 if we don't have bad injuries to our spine and props. It will be a tough first month or so, but as long as they hang in there I can see us going well.
Quite often a team who makes GF doesn't do as well, I think both teams will be top 8 again. Hodgson of course is key along with Moses / Guth. I also think our bench has to provide better than last yr.
