Looking at the draw, the only upcomming home game that is at real risk is the St. George game at Bankwest Stadium on 5th April (in circa 3 weeks).
After that we have a home game against the broncos in Darwin on the 24th, then we play away games up until Round 11, where we come up against Penrith Panthers on 24th May.
For regular members at Bankwest, we only had one game for over the next two months that we have tickets to, by which time this Coronavirus thing could have gone either way.
With what's happend, I doubt the NRL will cancel the season - too much money at stake, I think if a player does test positive for COVID-19, they will suspend the comp with the idea of catching up games at a later date (maybe mid week games / rep. rounds, etc.).
Having our home games stacked towards the back end of the season could be very advantageous to us, as we may be able to get out to many of our scheduled home games.

Appears the general consensus is that the next month is make or break in terms of containment of this disease. If we do what is being asked and remain vigilant we can hopefully return to normality by June July. Then again..... what would I know.
In terms of playing in empty stadium's, it's a blessing in disguise for Parra as we all know our record away from home is abysmal to say the least. We play 2 more game at bankwest in the next 9 weeks. Hopefully by then the virus is contained. But everything that's happening right now in terms of us playing in empty stadiums is working in our favor

Seaon over i reckon, best we can hope for is some micky mouse short comp in a few months.

That looks like a likely scenario my daughters school has told students it'll be closed by Friday.
My youngest has croup at the moment , similar symptoms to the coronavirus . She'll not be tested because she hasn't been overseas recently or had prolonged exposure to a known infected persons. The doctor told us there simply isn't the testing kits available and it'd take a week to get results.
With confirmed cases doubling every 3 days and multitudes of people unable to get tested the current infected numbers are grossly inaccurate.
Id take a bit of cash out of the bank if your able because the only way the government stops panic buying at the supermarkets is to restrict people's access to funds. This is going to turn into a one hell of a shit show.
I think it is looking highly likely that it will be cancelled for year. In line with best practise in other countries . I don't think v'landys will get is war chest off the government.too many other more pressing ways to spend the money .

Agree, this Country has AT LEAST a six month battle ahead and that is if we play hard ball to defeat this virus. Comp will be end up being cancelled.
