Parra should go all out for Cronk

IMO, our forwards are still making good metres. We just lack vision when we get into opposition 20m line. This is resulting from a lack of experience in  the halves.

 

I really think a player like Cooper Cronk will make a massive difference to our team. He is a solid player who seems like he executes a game plan perfectly. Also, he is a leader of men and could be our potential captain (i know im jumping the gun here a bit)

 

I've read this morning that the cap increases by $300k next year..Parra should go all out for Cronk. I really believe he is $300 - $400k player. This is what top line halfback commands in the NRL and he is certainly one of those players.

 

 With Mannah playing well, Horro coming along nicely and a fresh Shackelton next year, i think our forward stocks are looking good.

    I think Cronk is the best signing this team could make atm, along with one more quality forward.

    I understand the benifits of having Cronk at the club would be great but atm there is no talks of Cronk being linked to the parra club so i think we should leave it at that for now.

    Storm won't let Cronk go. They'll keep Slater, Cronk, Smith who are the core of their team and build around that. One of them has to go and Inglis is the least central to the way they play.

    Inglis and Tahu would be a formidable centre combination - but also a very expensive one. Along with Hayne there would be a third of your salary cap right there.

      A third well spent imo. Inglis can sit there all game doing nothing and touch the ball once and score, the blokes a freak, but then what happens with Reddy? back out on the wing if grothe is gone next season.
