  Why do we want him?

  I know he wasnt the Head Coach but look at the dogs performances this year.  He couldnt have had that big a influence

  I would love to see the Walker Bros as assistants at Parra.  That would do wonders for our attack

    Des is a stubborn coach I doubt he would allow much input from his assistants especially one who publicly said he'd want the top job.
    
    Dymock is an ex eel. BA wants that type of culture in the club. He was part of a good period for us and helped turn us around back in 97 when he came over. He's an upcoming coach I think he'd be a good assistant

    Considering how bad Dean Pay is at coaching , the fact Dymock was overlooked in favour of Pay makes me wanna get all religious and pray we don't get Dymock .

    You guys seriously have no idea about this man. He has a brilliant footy brain and I know for a fact when he was NSW assistant many of those swore that if he became a coach one day, they’d play for him in a heartbeat. That is how much he’s respected!! I know cause I was there when they said it. Whoever ends up with JD as a head coach, will strike gold!!
