Papua New Guinea rugby league team will 'kill and eat' Australian players, MP says

I read this comment when i got home from work tonight. How do palyers rate form the PNG?

Many Papua New Guineans have gone on to play professional rugby league either in the National Rugby League in Australia or Super League in Europe. It is the goal of the PNGRL to have 120 players participating in the NRL and Super League by 2010.^[9]

Alex Johnston is of PNG descent his very good player played for Australia
Ray Thompson is a very under rated half
James Segeyaro is one NRL's best hookers
David Mead is a great winger
Nene McDonald is great young back
Ben Barba on his day leauge best game breaker
Luke Paige had huge wraps on him from NSW Cup
PNG will be good team of all these players played above.

PNG is always competitve despite excessive scorelines. On our day; we will match it with anyone... didnt know of Ben Barba's connection if someone can explain..

  I remember 3 years ago on the Footy Show, Erin Molan Said PNG were trying to recruit Barba as his grand parents from PNG

Fantastic stuff, great bit of banter with the kill and eat stuff, im a huge fan of PNG footy.

Anybody offended with the kill and eat comment needs to get a life, great stuff, id pay to watch them cook and eat Justin Hodges or cameron Smith.

And lets face it, they love eating people in PNG, its cannibal central over there, not so much these days but it was common place in the past and certain tribes were well known for their love of human flesh.

  The human form of Mad Cow Disease,Kuru was very common there due to the funerary practice of some tribes,of eating the deceased,in particular,by women whose duty it was.Let's not forget the other great cannibals of the South Seas,the Fijians and the Maoris.Mau looks as though he snacks on a few people .
