I can't stand the fact he was only with Penrith for the semis, and then he seems to have come on with an interchange they didn't have.

What is the deal if it's proven he shouldn't have been out there for the last 5 minutes?

If that is wrong how they used the interchange. They should not be fined and allowed to play storm. They need to be disqualified for this year
