Mark O Neil is a bonehead . Has recruited nobody of note, lost Ice , upgraded a few and installed player options to the ones he did mange to upgrade . Went from not offering Matto a contract when he could've gotten him at a decent rate , then managed to resign him for more than we could've kept Ice on .

When you compare gutherson pay to latrell Mitchell something is not right , one's a match winner the other isn't . That's where parra are at. Parra's salary cap have no match winners there all workers and all offer the same when there on top they look brilliant when it's tough we lack skill and composure and try to fix it as individuals. Been the same for years have no real leader.

Matto was always going to hold out for decent money it's what he does. Got him for the same money as Tigers paid for Ice. I think Matto has been better than Ice this year.
