Our real problem

I believe our roster for 2016 is impressive, however if we don't plug the the wrather large whole that resides on our edge in defence we aren't going to challenge.We have an absolutely formidable forward pack let alone with the addition of Scott.The Foran Norman Combo is the most genuine halves partnership I think we have ever had.Big Semi, Hoppa and Reece Lightning, along with one of the hottest prospects in French.We can score points all day long. That's not our problem, our problem is the every time we score we gift the opposition back everytime. taka is not the solution, Champion was supposed to be but he is gooone, that leaves us with two options..First being that we give our best young centre Folau a year to learn how to defend, an option I think is viable. If he could prefect that part of his game he will be a complete weapon and cheap.The other is raid the talent pool available this year next. Big names such as Auvaa and Walker for centre. Other options are available too.I'd like to hear what others have to say about this

We definitely need to sign a star centre. Or at least someone who is good, with plenty of NRL experience, though not too old or injury prone. I don't know who we could possibly get?

I'm still hoping Izzy is an option... that would pretty much complete the roster.

  Semi can't defend outside a second rower. There will be a clear difference when you see a true centre there

Semi will be a centre next year and will hopefully be fit. Scott defends on the right edge so that will help a lot. Hoppa will be right centre and he worked well with Robinson early in the year. Fullback is our big issue. We have 3 centre backups coming through reserve grade although none are real quick but they are all powerful runners.

  There is a HUGE amount of talent available off contract for 2016 and 2017 in the centre position.
