In my view the key is not for the Warriors to beat Brisbane, its for Brisbane to beat the Warriors and then ideally to beat Raiders in the final game.
If Brisbane beats the Warrior and we smoke Souths, at the end of next week the ladder would look like this
Warriors 28
Raiders 28
Brisbane 28
Eels 26
Now lets assume we beat Warriors and Brisbane beats Raiders. Its now
Brisbane 30
Warriors 28
Warriors 28
Raiders 28
Eels 28
And it comes down to points differential. Raiders are within sight and if the results go as I've outlined here, I think we'll pass them on for and against unless they absolutely smoke North Queensland. Currently the points difference between us and Warriors is 63. Lets assume a nice 16 point win for us and a 10 point loss to Brisbane. Brings it back close to around 40, then it requires us to win by 20 in the final round because the margin will be doubled in terms of for and against.
I personally think this is a much more likely scenario than the other way around, which requires Canberra to lose to North Queensland or some big losses.

Come on Jamesy - you have a whole off season to whinge (about the losses, about KK's bad haircut).
Believe for ONE MORE WEEK! :-)
We got at least two games left with Captain Courageous Cayless and we might as well enjoy them. Anything else is a bonus.
Whats the worst that can happen?? We build our hopes up and then smash all our dreams to pieces??
It's not like it hasn't happened before. It been like this since 86.
If we don't get there we will live to fight another day next season. Its what being a Eel is all about.
But for now we FIGHT!
I would love to see the look on Burty's face if we pulled off the miracle.
