Other teams in other sports? Who do u like?

Well the end of my last blog got my curious. You guys started to mention who you barracked for in other codes.I'd be interested to see who we all follow and what other sports are we all interested in. I for one am a massive NBA fan (NBL not at all) and have followed the Boston Celtics all my life. Larry Bird was one of my heroes as a kid. Other codes i watch and follow certain teams are, NFL (San Francisco 49ers), AFL (Hawthorn), MLB (LA Dodgers), EPL (Liverpool), and NHL (Boston Bruins). What about you guys?

I love all sports, anything international event with an Aussie i'll usually follow

The only 2 team sports teams i follow religiously are obviously the Eels and i'm also a massive EPL fan where im a Liverpool supporter and i also have a soft spot for West Ham.

Im a fair wheather fan of the Swannies, Waratahs and Sydney F.C. I will convert to The Sydney Rovers team if they make the A-league cut.

NBA: The Battlers- MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES
MLB: Cleveland Indians
NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers
EPL: Chelsea
SUPERLEAGUE: Leeds Rhinos
AFL: Sydney Swans
A LEAGUE: Central Coast Mariners

I don't really follow their progress much except for the rhinos,chelsea & maybe the swannies as I only really have a passion for THE MIGHTY PARRAMATTA EELS.

People actually follow AFL????????
why would anyone follow that crap, especially league fans!
I'm hoping, just like everyone ( i hope ) that the new GWS Western Sydney team fails miserably.

  I have never EVER been able to understand this huge battle that fans of both AFL and NRL feel that they must engage in?
  
  I began watching AFL least year and it is a brilliant sport. While the Eels are my number 1 team and always will be, I love the Sydney Swans too. Players like Adam Goodes, Ryan O'Keefe and Jarrad McVeigh are extremely athletic and talented.
  
  Why can't people enjoy both codes?
  
  P.S. If you pull out the 'AFL players are nancy boys' card, you had better have some good arguments to back that up!

    i agree with tinks...i started watching AFL and i really enjoyed it but ony when sydney swans are playing. The team is full of role models unlike some nrl players hint hint watmough and sei sei
