Other clubs cap pain, Parras gain?

I know there is a few blogs in this already but I want to address the potential this could have on Our warchest. Bulldogs in particular have players on the outer. Wouldn't mind getting Klemmer and Graham with what we got left. Bulldogs will foot most of the bill and Graham will retire at the end of next year with Timmy Mannah, then we can upgrade Klemmer on 800K+Who do you guys think parra can steal based on other clubs cap issues?

  • Graham definitely a big no from me . I'd take a Morris , Jackson or Klemmer . They can keep the rest .
    • Morris is way past it i reckon, hes been very poor for the dogs for a while now, needs to retire and wouldnt have much to offer us imo, Grahams way past it and is on a 1m backended deal for next year reportedly.

Dogs are looking for somebody to pick up a large chunk of that, i couldnt see BA wanting to pay anything more than 350k if that for him on a 1 or 2 year deal, the knights may be willing to pay 500k or 600k, i cant see us having the money he or the dogs would want.

      Klemmer yes and Jackson maybe.

    • Yes I always thought that they went the wrong way and both should have gone to st George, they both look old and fat and slow. The bulldogs are a mess and hopefully Foran becomes the one to blame for their continued bad form for the next few years.
    • Klemperer and Jackson would be good pickups
    • Klemer
  • Junior Paulo will be an Eel in 2018-just a matter of raiders and eels working out how much of his $500,000 plus 2018 contact that Raiders will pay-expect confirmation after raiders and eels season is over

    • Hope not
    • He can rot in Canberra and enjoy sticky
    • Barney there seems to be a few peeps paying the same thing, how good is your mail, 100%.?

Is your mail from a raiders insider source, Eels insider or just general fan rumours?

Im not doubting it by the way, anything is possible here and the whispers are getting more persistent, im just trying to pin down if the rumours are coming from one place on theres been numerous leaks, it seems its the latter.

In our well-justified praise of Ryley Smith, there is a big thing being missed: his ability to read the game and footy IQ.
