In the game last night, when Hayne burst through QLD defense on our 20metre line and ran halfway up the field, did anyone else notice that the closest NSW player was being held back. I think by DCE. It wasn't enough for the NSW player to go down but if he hadn't have been held back we could have scored there.
There were also a number of calls that would have been called in a normal match. My Question is how many of you think that origin is a almost an entirely different game. It is a different level of game but i think the Refs were too afraid to call some of the penalties because it was an origin match and it was at Suncorp. Also, why couldn't the video ref, or why didn't the video ref call back that supposed knock on near the end of the game? It came off Hodkinson shoulder and he didn't play at it so why couldn't the video ref overturn the off-field ref? If we would have lost because of that i would have been pissed.

The refereeing was terrible. I'm surprise when NSW scored QLD weren't awarded the points.
Its always the last 5 mins when the ref always blows dubious calls and shows his true colors against the Blues. The boys did really well not to let it get to them last night.
The bs knock on, then halting the game when Hodges lost it and letting him go back to his position and letting Inglis play the ball. Absolutely amazing how they defended that attack, i was on the edge of my seat.
