Nice one johnny, and the other great thing is Foran is a kiwi so hes playing in those origin rounds for us next year, so your spot on, we should be able to capitalise origin rounds this year and its only going to get better next year although i suppose we will lose scott, our pack should be able to cover for him.
Johnny, I did this analysis earlier in the year, and I've been saying since Round One that if we could get to a fity/fity record coming into the rep period, we'd be very well placed because we do have a dream run through the next third of the season. We missed that by one win, but on the flipside of that the competition is also far more even than one might expect. So we're not far off where I budgeted we would be. I think we'll win more games than any other club in the next third of the season and be top six coming into the back-end. We have a really tough final third to the season though and we'll need to be in that position to make the finals in my view.
Couldn't agree more Phil. Although 3-5 isn't ideal, it's only one victory off the 50% win ratio you stated going into rep period and with teams log-jammed between 5th to 15th as they are now, the table might resemble more of a snakes and ladders board with plenty of potential for teams to move up and down - we have as good a chance as any to be one of those teams. We are in control of our own destiny.
I think it was Melbourne and Souths. But don't hold me to that.

I would have thought teams playing Brisbane AND the Storm would benefit most.
NSW team selection looks like a nightmare. We may have lost the series even before the kick-off.
