  Also note that it is NOT a reciprocal game. I.e. Members cannot use their card to get in (because we stopped playing Souths at ANZ they stopped giving us entry when it's their home game - really it's just a loss for the game in general with less fans going in my view).

    I wasn't going to go to this game anyway because I'm not too enthusiastic about getting on a train to sit up in the bleachers in the middle of winter. But now that they've made my mind up for me I've really got to say that had we still been going hard for the comp this year I would've attended. This short sighted and selfish look at the game by Souths is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. Not sure why they'd rather play in an empty stadium over having a few extra thousand eels fans. The nrl should really put a rocket up these guys arses for this.

    Been that way since 2014 since we moved the Souths game back to Parra. Either way we always play them away at ANZ. I'd actually rather pay the $15 for GA if that means an extra game at Pirtek for us. But I do agree, Souths have a huge deal to play at ANZ, between us, we have over 50K members yet this game never beats Parra vs Dogs/Tigers crowd wise. Strange isn't it?
