Ive been reading this site for close to 3 years. At first i thought it was a great site, there was no horrible blogs, footy blogs were actually interesting to read. We didnt have that many trolls lerking around, nor did we have so many brainless people making blogs. Lately thats all change, every tom dick and harry is a supercoach. Blogs are just getting more ridiculous.I dont know, sounds like im venting a little but can we just leave the (potential singings, footy policitics and news breaking) to regular blogers, you know the ones that are in the know? 90% of

What's worse if they don't like responses they get they feel they should try to start a new blog and reword the same dribble.
Maybe the mods can look at a 1 blog per week for members unless proven to be long term member with valid points and information in their blogs.
Nothing worse then opening page to see 3 or 4 blogs over couple days from same people with same crap.

Hey buddy. I've been on here since maybe 2001 or 2002. I used to go on the official Eels forum and then I found 1EyedEel. I didn't like the way every post on the old forum needed to be moderated before it was published. Sometimes it would be half a day before your post was accepted.
I've loved this site for a long time. I met Phil at a game in 2010 and even bought the 1EyedEel shirt around the same time.
I too think things have changed. Much more sledging and put downs. And we're supposed to be united by our support of the same team.
I don't have a solution other than gleaning through the rubbish and seeking to find the gold.

    Well, I joined the site way back in 1947 and boy, oH boy there was hardly anyone on it! It was like a deserted site but then things started getting better and now everyone is on here. It seeems we are all on the bus.
