Dearest Eels representatives,
Every week we turn up and follow the team. We pay good money to wear parra merchandise. We punish our children by giving them false belief that they are following a winning team. We have all helped in increasing club membership. That's good money that probably pays your wages. We pack out the new stadium despite our terrible performance. Again, good money spent. We are the most passionate fans in the league. We do our best to support the team continuously.
So I ask you, what more do you want us to do? How else can we help put an end to this misery? We give the club as much as we possibly can.
"Stick by us" just doesn't cut it anymore. Not after 20+ years of the team not showing any signs of winning a premiership. Give us 1 reason why we should stick by you?
It's about time you give back to us.

I was watching tv yesterday when a news flash came on
It said police found this little boy walking the streets of Sydney the police ask him how come he was not at school he said he get beat up at school and they said you be at home he said no i get beat up there to so the police said go to Parramatta they wont beat you
This is SO funny because it is true!
My question is why do we persist with the same fowards year in year out? We get dominated every week in the fowards. Yet BA persists with the same guys that always get put on their back in a dominant tackle & concede 50-60 meters up the middle when defending almost every set of 6..I’m starting to also wonder if the coaching staff understand that’s it’s important for a quick play the ball! We seem to not care about getting to our feet as quick as possible & play the ball, Why? It’s seriously something that shouldn’t even need mentioning, but I feel like Parra is so far behind in this department that I ask the question!!
In 2018 a bunch of great Props were on the market. We went after exactly zero of them.
We’ve lacked grunt through the middle for over 10 years. It’s ridiculous. BA has never gone after elite props and I’m sick to death of it. You MUST dominate the middle third to win in the NRL. Both in attack and defense.
We’ve tried to finesse our way around this one golden rule with predictably poor results.
Even Paulos gone backwards imo, looks not as fit and mobile as ive seen him before.
i agree to an extent. at the start of year even the best of us commented on how good paulo was businc ebaout round three or four he has gone so far backwards its not possible
Agree, every game before we run out we are behind the 8 ball being so small in the middle, that our main hope of winning the game is in hope of the opposition not being on song for the game. Penrith showed us that even when out of form all they had to do was dominate the middle to win the game.. For sourhs we will be even easier prey as they have a bigger and better pack than a struggling Penrith outfit.. we need to game of our lives to even compete with them imo.

Definitely too soft up the middle. Slowvaro is infuriatingly slow both in attack and defence
