Rather him play in the RM cup. He has a big motor but that's pretty much it.
Good to see Tui Oloapu from our SG Ball get a run and for the second week we've gone with that option over a few other players. I would have liked to have seen Tyrell keep a spot in the 17, possible on the bench. That bench gives me no confidence at all. The only saving graces in this team are Makelim, Oloapu, Davis, Lavaka, ZDC, Lussick, TTS, and Markus.
I would hazard a guess that Tyrell was pulled due to State duties.
Good to see Oloapu get a run.
Been some time since I've seen him play, so looking forward to seeing how he handles the step up to first-grade.
Of course, disregard that part of my comment. Completely forgot about that.
We beat the Sharks 38-34. We've only lost 3 games this year, 2x Roosters, 1x Panthers.
I'm okay with the "gutting" of the team though. We are producing first grade players, not NYC premierships. Whilst I don't agree with some of the players in the team I still think we have a very strong backline even without Goodall. We've got one of our better hookers back in Joey Lussick. I think we can scrape away with a win in this game and I'm happy to see that as long as we're promoting the top players for their efforts.
