Most great so called coaches of the game should be lining up for a gig at parra. They want to make themselves number 1 coach there is no better team to win a comp with. Media would go nuts on the coaches winning it all at parra. Time for the club to advertise and express this interest.

Find the article about the New England Patriots written 2-3 years ago.
Asked how they are so successful it was basically down to this - great people in key positions and stability
Owner - coach - quarterback all high quality all long serving all on same page
Parra firstly needs to avoid being that club that sack coaches every 3 years - if you think that's being tough and uncompromising you're kidding yourself. Why would any decent coach come to a trigger happy club with a coaching turnstile?
If you want to attract the best you need to look and run a stable ship and not scare off good people with your rash and reactive style of management
The way we exit Arthur is very important- we can either come off looking like cowboys or come off looking like a club who doesn't panic and isn't run by the media.
The people between you and talent ie agents don't like dealing with moron administrators who are all over the shop - we can't force any decent coach to come here it's a courtship and you need to put your best foot forward in every way
I'll check it out NBE, hopefully we do that and build a solid/great club from the top down.
One positive to not looking like that the media run us is we told Arthur last year he needs a good semis to survive, this poor form has only helped with their decision if they choose to move on. We didn't sack Arthur after 2018, so we have a board that backs their coach for a while. If Arthur was only in year 4 or 5 he would survive to 2022, it is the fact it is year 8 it's a case of if he hasn't done it by now he can't do it.
Other coaches will be given minimum 4 years i believe especially if a rookie coach. I think that stability is very attractive.
good post Embers. The selection of a new coach is critical. He has to check all the boxes to be a stable smart long-term coach who can adjust things continually as new challenges surface.
Only takes one piece of the puzzle (in this case Brady leaving) for it all to crash. That's why we need all areas to be top notch
Brent Read throwing Brad Fitters name about for a left field appointment.I would not oppose the idea.Thoughts
