  • Interesting that Pauli is playing up front. Sign of the future or easing him back in?
  • Forty20, you covering the match?

    • Yes mate!

  • Matterson to Fa'aoso will get the game off today.

Nelson and Ualesi will get involved as well as Pauli gets up very gingerly from his first run of the game. He is not doing well and has moved out to the right wing.

Pauli is recovered some what though and the Dogs raid our left edge with a grubber. Quinlan does well to get to the ball in time. Strong runs from Moeroa and Fa'aoso gets us going before we pick up a penalty.

  • Lovely offload from Pauli there as Wenty go on the march via second phase ball. Dockar-Clay scurries out from dummy half and some awful defence on the goal line sees him open the account!

Good work from Zach but given how high he was that was damn soft.

    The conversion is successful.

    Wenty lead the Dogs 6-0

    5min gone.

  • Fa'oso is killing it
  • Good run and offload from Fa'aoso there. Wenty manage to stay in play before coming down their right in the following tackles. Crooks and Pauli involved there before Kelly gets a wicked torpedo bomb away that is taken very perfectly.

Dogs then pick up a penalty and will zoom down field.

Dogs throw the ball around but Richie shows some great desperation to dive on a loose ball.

Matterson takes a run but has no support, still manages to find an offload. Ball ends up with Fa'aoso who then throws a great offload of his own to put ZDC into a bit of space. The Dogs shut down the play. Kelly kicks in behind, not a bad bad really, but it just rolls into touch.

  • Thankyou mate, I am following.

    Enjoy the game

  • Great tackles from Fa'aoso and Lavaka this set. Lavaka makes repeat tackles as well meaning Goodall has top drop back for the kick but it gets in behind him to find touch.

Good run and offload from Ualesi there as he finds Dockar-Clay. Moeroa makes a strong charge and is pinged for a dropped ball but the replay suggest otherwise.

    Tough call.

  • Six again call now, bit dubious from my angle but whatever.

Good tackle from Ben Crooks to shut down a sweeping movement and the Dogs then kick it dead.

"I mean sure, but Richo is at times a bit of a lone ranger. He could work with Ryles well.
But you have a point on wasting time as the longer we wait the closer we are to 2027 and need to set up the roster."

"Ryley looks injured. If he is give him a spell. Tds is the only other option.  Pezet is too slow and a deadset liability in defence which made Kelly look worse than what he is. Should never have been brought here. Papa was improving week on week.…"

"Twiddle had 3 try assists in the halves, he is similar to a young Munster, I think he should make a debut this year at some stage, even off the bench. Lorenzo played very good also "

"100% agree Jdb is a tackling machine.  Probably the best tackle technique in the whole comp. I hope I am wrong but father time ⏲  has a way of slapping us all on the ass. He looked a bit slow at times. I will bring morretti in for hoppy. With Mr t…"
