The NRL have been trying to push into WA since way back when.

I remember we played there in the early 90's against the Bulldogs I think.

And then we had the failed western reds franchise.

I don't know if we will ever corner that market - primarily an AFL town and then you have the South African ex pats who prefer union.

Well there's one trial game I won't be going to if its true. Northern Rivers (Ballina/Lismore) or the Gold Coast isn't looking to good :(

say they were to be included in the nrl, are we gonna see what we see with melbourne. by that i mean a dominance over the competition consistently over five years to build the reputation over there?
