Nrl shocking retaining and getting good players

So not just SBW and Burgess now we have Hayne. They go on about how much money they have but we cant even score signings eg khunt,izzy. Then we get given golden opportunity to poach some union stars and we cant even do that eg O'connor,beale. We should be stealing there players not vice versa.If we have so much money then lets buy half of the all blacks. JESUS CHRIST who is running the show.
