I'm generally pretty calm but I was quite perturbed by the NRL.com promotion of the Storm v Raiders game last night.
Not sure if anyone else saw it.
Anyway, the 'almighty' Storm were announced as the team who have won 4 premierships, '2 in controversial circumstances'.
What bullshit.
They cheated twice, nothing controversial about that.
I thought it very poor form that the official NRL site still promotes the Storm as 4 x premiers.
Cameron Smith has not won 4 competitions. He has won 2 and been part of a team that was adjudged to be cheats on two other occasions.
The hypocrisy shits me.

We should never let up on that distinction. The NRL and The Storm would love to forget it but too bad. Those comps were stripped. The Storm cheated. Don't try and re-write history
Yeah, the 'won four grand finals' line in the promo material is fucking bullshit. Trying to make out that the Storm players who signed 2 different contracts were victims too.... totally re-writing history. They were fucking cheats - yes, even Cameron ' future immortal, current ref' Smith.
Saw something about an African American baseball player , name escapes me ,considered one of the 3 or 4 greatest with Babe Ruth etc.but can never enter the hall of fame because he was caught up in a match fixing scandal.Everyone of those double dipping cheating scum should be treated the same.
