NRL.COM - PARRA TEAM - FOR ROUND 1

I'd be happy for the following team listed below to run out in Round 1.  If Semi was on the right I would be very happy.  I'd prefer Moeroa on the edge next year over Scott as Scott is less mobile these days and is far better with direct defence with front on runners.  I probably wouldn't start both Mannah and Brown as they are small frontrowers and I would have Pritchard or Vave as one of my starting frontrowers.  All in all it looks a very strong team.

Parramatta Eels

1. Bevan French, 2. Josh Hoffman, 3. Michael Jennings, 4. Brad Takairangi, 5. Semi Radradra, 6. Clinton Gutherson, 7. Corey Norman, 8. Tim Mannah, 9. Isaac De Gois, 10. Nathan Brown, 11. Manu Ma'u, 12. Beau Scott, 13. Tepai Moeroa. Interchange: 14. Kaysa Pritchard, 15. Kenny Edwards, 16. Sosaia Vave, 17. Frank Pritchard.

  • I wouldn't change a thing about that lineup
  • The NRL.COM Manly team is missing some players (no Brett Stewart, no Steve Matai, no Willis Meehan etc.  I don't think Wright will be a starting centre and I don't think Sironen and Lawrence will be their for Round 1).

    Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles

    1. Tom Trbojevic, 2. Jorge Taufua, 3. Dylan Walker, 4. Matthew Wright, 5. Akuila Uate, 6. Blake Green, 7. Daly Cherry-Evans, 8. Darcy Lussick, 9. Matt Parcell, 10. Nate Myles, 11. Lewis Brown, 12. Martin Taupau, 13. Jake Trbojevic. Interchange: 14. Apisai Koroisau, 15. Brenton Lawrence, 16. Addin Fonua-Blake, 17. Curtis Sironen

    • We will put 30 on manly rd1, i like your team Dave, nothing to change there really

  • The NRL.COM Titans team have been hit hard with Hayne joining the squad and they have lost 5 starting players:

    Gold Coast Titans

    1. Jarryd Hayne, 2. Anthony Don, 3. Konrad Hurrell, 4. Dan Sarginson, 5. John Olive, 6. Kane Elgey, 7. Ashley Taylor, 8. Ryan James, 9. Nathan Peats, 10. Jarrod Wallace, 11. Kevin Proctor, 12. Chris McQueen, 13. Agnatius Paasi. Interchange: 14. Tyrone Roberts, 15. David Shillington, 16. Zeb Taia, 17. Leivaha Pulu.

    • Still actually a pretty good team on paper.
    • On paper they have a great team, depth is where they struggle. An injury of two will see them up shit creek.
  • Only thing id change about that line up is a bench spot for Matagi
    • Who would you drop out for Matagi?

    • I would start with matagi, brown on bench and Kaysa to drop off. I think ba will go with 4 forwards.. I don't necessarily agree but if someone goes down then Edwards be shifted around
  • Agree
Also Cameron King could eventually replace Kaysa

"TDS is still young, with plenty of improvement left in him. He could still play Flegg in 2026 ffs. And despite being two years younger than Ryley Smith, he has played nine more NRL games."
