If anyone is a frequent voter and visitor to the nrl app today round 4 team of the week was announced, it is chosen by the fans. The round 4 team had a whooping 7 of 13 players from the eels. Good to see that people are paying attention to who is playing well at the moment. Congrats to the guys who made:

It wouldn't exactly surprise. There aren't many QLD eligible hookers doing the job at the moment. The only one who could really put his hand up would be Jake Friend but his injuries are really starting to tackle a toll on him. Ben Hunt may end up at hooker but it probably isn't ideal for them given the lack of form Michael Morgan is in
What about Laney? He'd been playing well as well as Sivo

Obviously we are going well but keep in mind there are heaps of Parra fans out there.
All these surveys show is the amount of Parra fans out there. I honestly think that the eels have more fans than even the NRL powerbrokers realise. For shits and gigs I voted on these surveys earlier in the week and the the percentages on each choice of player were all shown after you hit the vote button. If a player was a Parra player the percentage of votes was like 30% at least and there is no way that most of the players listed were so comfortably the best player in that position on the weekend. People just vote for the players in the team they support no question about it.
