BA left this side in an absolute mess . Blaize is no where near ready positionally to play fullback despite the good things he does with the ball.. he just has not been prepared for a first grade fullback role . Thank god Brad is gone.

Lussick - 30 minute hooker at best and not a good one
Lane - plodder . Plays with no enthusiasm or intensity . I've never seen a bloke just role through the motions like Lane. He's just stealing money from the club at this point . Would be the first bloke I'd drop this week.
Kelma - plodder with woeful hands
Sivo - zero confidence

I think Russell has looked decent as a centre, the rest I couldn't argue with.
Has he passed the ball once ? 2 on 1 he'll take the tackle . He has no clue of opportunities around him . It's the same when he's on the wing , he could be one on one with George burgess with space down the sideline and would head back infield. The game is too fast for what he's seeing.

I actually think it's got more to do with how the cap has been managed. Our highest paid players are just not performing. Junior, Matto, Lane, Brown, Sivo.

BA had a big say over who we hired too. People seem to think it's 100% MON. It wasn't.
I agree Mutts, but BA is gone now. I still stand by the fact that to do this right we need MON and BA gone (personally I would've preferred in that order).
I hold BA responsible for the kind of players we chased, and I hold MON responsible for the multiple contract debacles over the years (Gutho, Moses, Mahoney, the list could go on and on) and some of the baffling contracts we have (eg Dylan Browns).
MON can't possibly NOT be held responsible for where we are.
brown is never going to lead the team around the park. whith his money we need to buy a 5/8 that can.
