Subaru Forrester for me, I'm on my 2nd one now, as I flip them every 3 yrs for work/ lease arrangements. I only paid $800 more for my current Forrster compared to my original purchase price 3 yrs earlier and my current Forrester has a lot more bells & whistles. Pick the right time when you go car shopping as the car yards fall over themselves in trying to do deals.
Added bonus is they hold their resale value extremely well
