Norman was involved in off-field incidents that led to the NRL suspending the five-eighth for the last eight rounds of last season.
Despite the absence of Norman and Kieran Foran, among others, and the fact the club was penalised 12 competition points for salary cap infringements, Arthur still got the team to be very competitive in the closing rounds even when they couldn’t make the finals.
“He’s just genuine, he’s honest, he’s up-front, he’s just a good bloke and he’ll never lie to your face or tell you something that you want to hear,” Norman says.
“He’s straight up and down , which is good, and I think that’s where he gets all the boys’ respect.”
Norman says it feels great to be back at pre-season training after having been barred from playing for so long.
“We’ve come back and nothing has been talked about last year, everything is about this year and we’ve got a lot of new players at the club which is refreshing as well,” he says.
“So we’re all just buzzing around the new year and what’s to come.”

BA or Norman?
I think the aspect of what Norman is saying, BA will not tell lies to any player, he tells it as it is, and truthfully many people would rather by fed BS than the truth as it means they can't face facts.
You sure your a trumpet fan haha
