Cam is just trying to play mind games.

Jarrod has previously stated that he has been guilty of trying to hard.

Cam is only trying to put Jarrod off his game.

At the end of the day. Billy will be fullback & Jarrod will be wing 'cause both will be in the side no matter what & Billy cannot play wing.

Jarrod can focus on getting the fullback spot NY. Now is not the time to worry about that

  slater played on the wing when he started playing origin, and went great guns. sure he's better at fullback, but what more does jarryd have to do. he's the best player in the world atm, dally m medalist.. he's earned that spot, it's slater they should be trying to accomodate, not haynesy

    Fair point. I cannot remember his wing days. I think Billy's size in comparison to other wing options would mean, it's either fullback or nothing for Billy, whilst Hayne is either or. I still shake my head at the talent that Hayne has, but I also must respect the talent that Billy has. Having both in the side would be awesome.
    
    The way Billy is also playing and as the incumbent for the Aust team, I don't believe Billy should be dropped. More so lets strengthen the Aussie side & play both. I think Jarrod would be a better wing option then Billy.
    
    So its a bit like taking one for the team / Nation in my point of view.
    
    If Billy's form drops off NY then yeah sure drop him, & if Jarrod is still carving it up NY, then go Hayne for # 1
    
    As long as Hayne smash's Billy on Sunday & plays all over him, then I would be happy either way

      I agree with this comment. You need both in the team and unfortunately for Hayne he is a better winger then Slater. Pick them both and trial the different combinations during the series. However, the article goes on to say that Smith would find it difficult to see the incumbent wingers Folau and Boyd to be dropped. In my eyes this is no dilemma, bye bye Boyd.

Agreed Smith is a little Fkn grub!!!!!!!!!

His opinions mean nothing!!!!!!!!!

Its up to the selectors!!!!!!!!!

But i doubt very much they will relegate Slater to any other position......

Bloody fullback what a prick of a position their are so many good players runnning around
Unfortunatley I think Hayne will play on the wing people!!!!!!

And exactly what the Fark does Smith think?? he's an automatic selection also!!!
