Bevan French will in round 1 vs Manly's shithouse team
Agreed Ronald.
Besides, Lyon's five in that Cronulla flogging wasn't that impressive - - - we scored a couple of hundred tries in that game, Lyon would have got at least 10 if he was any good :)
Best chances will be Semi against a poor defensive team like the knights.
I'm sure Bevan will get a heap of tries, but I doubt he'll get as many at FB as he did on the wing
Off the top of my head Manly will be missing Lussick, Matai, Stewart, Hastings will be coming off surgery, Matt Wright will be coming off surgery, and they've signed plodders like Lane, J. Wright. Uate, Sironen. Add in rookies like Cullen and Kelly they're inexperienced as well, and also have average players like Myles, Taufua, and Lewis Brown I think we will kill them.
Oh and they have a dope like Barrett for coach
In his 2 official games (wearing the #1 jersey) Bev scored a hat trick in both. Admittedly against the Dragons and the Warriors.
I think they're a real chance to take the spoon from Newcastle this year.
nothing could make up for last year better then manly getting the spoon
Telecrap Headline March 6 2017.
Beven French scores 8 try's against Manly.
