  I think somebody touched on it before.

  There is a 10 day cooling off period after a contract is signed. No announcement on the contract would be made until after the 10 days as the contract is not legally valid until that time.

    That's my opinion depending whether that is effective immediately the new rule or not I do not know. To behonest I really care anymore. If he doesn't come life go's on. As long as we stick with current board, coach and crop of players we will be right and have money to spend. If the board and coach fall apart theen we are screwed

    I believe if he wasnt comming we would know by now. Waiting for nrl to sign off on it.

    That wouldn't apply to him signing with us, as we have already announced the signing and have a contract.
    
    It would apply if he was signing with another club though

  Also, his child was in hospital last week, so Im expecting that would delay his decision and rightly so.

  BA said it should be in the next few days plus he would want to resolve this asap as its affecting him and the players at manly.

  I think it applies to all contracts that are signed after June 30 so if he hasn't signed now we might not not know for a while.

  Better just enjoy the footy.
