It would apply if he was signing with another club though
Also, his child was in hospital last week, so Im expecting that would delay his decision and rightly so.
BA said it should be in the next few days plus he would want to resolve this asap as its affecting him and the players at manly.
I think it applies to all contracts that are signed after June 30 so if he hasn't signed now we might not not know for a while.
