    • A couple of decent props will definitely help
    • Yep.
      We need a franchise prop.
    • Agreed Mick, our kicking game is keeping us in the contest.  Lack of size and aggression is also hurting us.

Besides Brown our middle forwards are rubbish.

  • Need to get our share of the 50:50 calls

We won in golden point - so you can't say we don't have killer instinct
    • Yeah but we surely could of put another 20 points and the dogs in that game
We got lucky with the field-goal , the play before anyway
    • Agree...Thursday night was an opportunity to chip away at our for and against. If we play the 2nd half as we did the 1st we "should" have scored 20 plus.
  • I think this boils down to not being settled yet as a team. We have though developed a siege mentality with players scrambling. To finish off teams we have to look no further than our halves. I'm still not sure who is the dominant half of the two is. The good thing is, neither does the opposition which is why we are probably winning!!! We are chaotic but it seems an organised chaos at times!!!

    • I need to compare every player to a dog breed like I did gutho aka spaniel . It will piss them right off. Oh and get rid of alby :-)
  • The refereeing doesn't help either Chief! Poor refereeing can alter the momentum and change the game completely.
  • 1. Our spine is virtually in it's infancy..
    2. Need to recruit props

"Start Samrani either centre or wing. He smashed the sharks and the chooks. Was fast, tackle-busting and once he set his eyes on the try line it was curtains for the opposition.
I'd start him on the wing as not to disrupt Rusty and the combos set up…"
