Disappointing we will not be playing a home game until Round 4. Round 1 is at Brookvale Oval. Round 2-3 ANZ Stadium is unavailable due to Justin Bieber and Adele concerts there. We can't even play our Darwin game in March as it is 40 degrees, thats why we dont play up there until June/July. We certainly won't be playing at ANZ until Round 4 at the earliest. Boys will have to stand up and play tough on the road for the first 3 weeks, Round 4 is Easter Weekend I believe, so most likely our first home game of the season will be against the Tigers on Easter Monday.

JUSTIN Bieber will have to ask footy fans if it’s too late to say sorry.
Rugby league officials have been forced to shift matches into the suburbs and even overseas next season, due to ANZ Stadium being booked out by the Canadian chart-topper and UK songstress Adele.
The game’s stars, including Sam Burgess, Will Hopoate and Greg Inglis, will be made to exit stage left when two of the world’s biggest selling solo artists arrive.
Adele might be able to set fire to the rain but her concert at the Olympic stadium on Friday March 10, followed by Bieber playing five days later, makes it impossible to transform ANZ Stadium from a major concert venue back into a rugby league field.
ANZ Stadium is unapologetic for booking massive international acts such as Justin Bieber.
Instead, the five Sydney Olympic Park tenants — Parramatta, South Sydney, Canterbury, Wests Tigers and St George-Illawarra — must play elsewhere.
The NRL is expected to release the official 2017 season draw on Thursday confirming the home of the NRL grand final is unavailable in rounds two and three.
As a result, the five tenant clubs have been scheduled to play away matches at Brookvale Oval, Campbelltown and Wollongong, while the Bulldogs will take their round three “home” match to Dunedin, in New Zealand.
The Bulldogs will play away in round two against the Sydney Roosters while the Rabbitohs will also be without a home game in rounds two and three, playing away to the Sea Eagles and Newcastle.
The NRL has found the process of constructing the 2017 draw, in consultation with TV brodcasters Fox Sports and Channel 9, extremely arduous without the availability of the largest stadium.
The appearance of Adele at ANZ Stadium has also shifted NRL commitments.
“The NRL has to schedule 35 games at ANZ Stadium next year so the concerts created logistic problems in creating the draw,’’ an NRL spokesman said.
“We have worked around the unavailability of the ground and the release of the draw is still on schedule for next week.’’
ANZ Stadium management said they certainly won’t say sorry for booking the world’s biggest events and music acts.
“ANZ Stadium will stage 36 of the NRL’s 208 regular-season matches in 2017, but the stadium is unavailable for round two and three,’’ ANZ Stadium’s General Manager of Business Development Greg Sleigh said.
“We’re already hosting global superstars Guns N’ Roses, Adele and Justin Bieber to support a bumper sporting calendar, including back-to back Arsenal blockbusters.
“We’re proud to play host to a record 36 NRL club games in 2017.’’
