No Hayne No Plane

I stated several games ago that we were missing Hayne in a big way in both attack and defence and many laughed.  Well tonight was the icing on the cake because we had so much ball in Brisbane's 20 and we couldn't get over the line and I am concerned that we will finish in the bottom 4.

  • I feel bad for BA, let's be honest, we have dead weight in our side. People in our team still aren't team players and they don't turn up to play for one another. Paulo doesn't play for his team mate. Norman won't put In for the 1 percenters sandow gives up and goes walk about. We have a handful of guys who play to the end and I commend those boys. Our momentum stops with the guys that give up. Mannah isn't a leader. He isn't leading he isn't inspiring the side.

Hayne is irrelevant now. He doesn't need to mentioned. With Hayne or with out Hayne we have alway been guilty of not playing 80 mins of footy.
  • But fong a lot of people here were saying Hayne was the reason we were not successful and without him we would do so much better. Yes I can see their point, just look at how well we are doing without him.

  • Not being able to score within opposition 20 is a problem we had even with Hayne in the team. We have always scored most of our tries from long distance.
    • You are right, we can't score short, medium or long range tries.

  • Without mentioning names some people who write a lot on this site stated that the loss of Hayne would enable others to stand up and shine and that the team would become a better "team" without Hayne.  How wrong are they!

"Some players need to get sacked from a club and risk losing it all before they really knuckle down and put in the work.  Why did he get sacked, was it lack of discipline for footy and training or off field issues?"
