Nicho Hynes

Surely we can afford 400k a year for Hynes to play centre.

    • We have a few off contract end of year and several wont be signed.

I wouldn't mind Hynes at the club, only way he would come would be to check out what his playing positions would be. While I have seen his Storm position listing 5/8 & Fullback, I think we have both spots covered, he has played centre and at the same time could be a good option for there or even wing.

He was covered a bit more in tonights game but I turned it off when he went over again as the match was gone at that point of time.

      • Colin, his way to good with his ball involment and ball play to be on the wing

This kid is a genuine number 6, he wants the ball and wants the challenge. No knock on DB but NH is by far a better 6. Don't be surprised to see him in the 6 come origion

    • lol it's believable

  • He's filled in everywhere for Melbourne including centre. Never seen him have a bad game

  • You won't get Hynes offering him a centre roll  especially with Broncos and Dragons offering him the 1 job

1 or 6 are his go

    • Yep. He will go to broncos. He would partner Renoylds very well in the halves.

      • Yes, they would be a very good combination.

    • Yes Graham I think he is a 6 or a 7.....he's not that quick. As you know I love that left foot.

I can't se him coming and Dyllan would have to make that move to the centres if he did. Tactilly, I don't think anyone thinks like that at parra.

      • Agree poppa, doubt the Eels have sho at NH, I think the Broncos will get him.

I also agree we need speed out wide, so who do we chase. I like Opi going to the right side, he and Dylan would make that side nearly impregnable, Waqar on the wing.

We need speed on our left, especially a centre.

"He will surpise you with his ball playing with other forwards. As I just said a quick short ball at the line while looking to play out the back. He did it very well a few times in NSW Cup last yer,"
