          • Purdy's fine he reminds me a lot of Matt Ryan and Jarred Goff that don't have big arms or all the athletic tools but they are very smart.

From watching what KS did with the Falcons and Ryan 2015-2016 there's definitely a period of learning in the given offense.Verbiage is a huge learning curve listening to Ryan talk about it back in the day.

Onething I'll say it's predominantly based off what's happening in the running game for the most part what makes QBs in the KS system so successful is the opponent has to defend every yard of the field horizontally and vertically hence why a lot of the running game is based off of wide zone runs and for the most part has a dual threat system when running the football.Normally deep threats with a moveable threat attacking in the XYZ positions.Blocking TEs are huge or in the Niners case Kyle Juszyk is there Swiss Army knife H-back threat.

Olineman they definitely need guys who can climb up to the second level and reach block to get to LBers also that's a big one for the KS system to work.Alex Mack the C the Falcons had back in the day was one of the best FA signings the Falcons ever made was crucial to how well the Shanahan offense ran.

  • The eagles is where it's at guys

(as strange as it feels to support a team called the eagles)

    • They draft so well and their defensive line with Davis and Carter is frightening.

      • Wide zone running with cutbacks is how you beat that eagles and big defensive fronts, get them moving sideways and cutback runs once those big bodies get moving sideways change of direction is there weakness.

If you try and match a gap running scheme against it that's when they'll eat you up.

  • Ok guys, I have family in Philadelphia so I am a big Eagles fan. Philadelphia is a very passionate sports town.

They'll support you to the death but they'll tell you how to do it just as much

    Alot like Eels fans.

    Get in board Chief 😉

    • I did a tour of Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, back in 2018. They showed us the cells and asked who they thought the no.1 fanbase they have in the cells when they visit. No.1 was the Eagles ahaha.

  • Feel bad for Eagles fans they'll never be the best in the nfl they aren't even the best franchise in there state.

The Eagles will never overtake the Steelers they'll always be the #1 team in Pennsylvania..

    • Coryn I know you follow someone in NFC South I believe? Was it New Orleans or Atlanta? I could be way off.

If any of those two why them?

      • Stop it LB I know you see that gif up there where's the Aints in that gif.

Why the Falcons because like Parra I love the underdog.

Picture this I stepped into a bookshop back in 1981 as an 11 yr old on the way to softball training and I picked up a Pro football Weekly with a picture of William Andrews on it and after that day the black helmet and uniforms hooked me.Been a Falcons fan for 44 years.

        • As soon as i posted i saw the GIF hahaah.
