New signing for Wenty

Parramatta may have snared themselves a star of the future.NRL Rookie runner-up Jordan Martin has just signed with Parramatta’s feeder club, Wentworthville Magpies.The winger made the announcement via his instagram account."Letting everyone know iv (sic) signed with Wenty (Eels Feat Club) it was a deal i couldn't turn down and has a big opportunity," he said."Really big thank you to mounties i love the club and recommend to anyone considering going their. At the end of the day i have to make the best decision for me. Cheers Jordo."Martin comes with a few wraps after winning the 2016 Ron Massey Cup Player of The Year Award. Watch the video below.He is the son of Raiders premiership winning player Paul Martin and he scored 17 tries in 17 games for Mounties, earning him selection in the competition's NSW team.The winner of NRL Rookie, Lou Goodwin, 24, picked the Canberra Raiders and will begin training with them in the 2017 pre-season. He also won himself a cool $50,000.
