New Signing

Sounds like we've just signed big Manase Manuokafoa from the Cowboys. I've seen him run around a couple of times, anyone know how he goes? I'd say this signing is just for depth in the pack.

"The Cowboys are also expected to announce in the coming days that Manase Manuokafoa will be released from the final year of his contract in 2011 to join Parramatta."

  • He looks alright. I wonder how much we will pick him up for.
    • I doubt it would be much cause hes not one of there better forwards
  • ive seen him play a fair bit he's nothing too special but he goes hard and would be a fairly decent reserve forward
  • Big, powerful - not lived up to his talent.
    • So, another Weller Hauraki then...
  • Is this who you were talking about PESC??
    • Nah mate, it isn't. in fact his name wasnt even mentioned.
  • Not a bad depth signing but I believe he will be spending most of the season in the black and white.
    • There's no way he's a195 cm. I found his Souths profile they had him listed at 190cm and 110cm
  • Played well at Souths. Then thought he would get a start at Cowboys but hasnt worked that way for him.

"First game against them the wingers both made poor defensive issues to let in tries. Plus Samrani got burnt by McLean, hope thats been addressed. we were in that game till late, gave away dumb penalties.
I think Simonsson will come in late"
