    PM, do you know if the men’s training shorts have string or cords on the inside of the waist band to tighten or are they just elastic all way around? Also approx what inch size would be the large and medium shorts? Thanks mate.

    hi mate, yes they are elastic and have a cord, a Large would be about a 36inch, medium 34inch
