Need A Real Half?

Look no further than the Titians stand in half playing the Warriors to day. A certain Cullen who is showing up the NZ half Johnson. I don't know how old he is but he is a real old time half with plenty of GO in his game, good side- step, gets involved in defence against the big guys, fast enough and can kick the ball like a half should. He would be twice the player Robson is. Why in the hell Arthur got rid of Peats is anyones guess. He could fill in at half in a pinch And do a better job than Robson but Cullen would be the better pick. I suppose it is too late now that July is here?

  • They have some good young halves Taylor, Elgey & Cullen
  • But can he kiss a stranger at the footy?

  • Why not Ben Hampton from the Storm?
  • Robson was available. Cullen wasn't.

  • If you still don't understand why Peats was offered up, then you never will and there is no point anyone trying to enlighten you.
    • There was never any need to force Nathan Peats out of his contract. We could and should have seeped him and played for no points for the rest of the season. When the NRL pulls its finger out and takes points off us we are affectively playing for no points anyway. So we could have retained  Peats .. A nice point on this subject was made by Wayne Bennett. He said the Eels are forcing Semi Radrada to comply with his contract with the Eel or face paying the Eels compensation of about $700,000. Yet at the same time they ignor the contract of Nathan Peats and force him out of the club! The Eels can't have it both ways and retain any integrity. I hope that enlightens you but I will n hold my breath.

  • I've never seen Peats kick a ball. There's no way we can say he's a halfback
    • He's run the ball more times in the last month with the Titans then his years at the Eels.
    • But hi, I have always liked Peat's
As an Eels player, I also thought
the same like for example Peat's
1st game playing for the Titans.

Peat's scored a try and also
assisted in a try he did fire up.
      Tackle after tackle even the
      commentators stated that Peat's
did win that game for the Titans.

I really thought why did they
let Peat's go for? As I believed
that the Titans were just being
a bit slack on that day.

      But your comment made me
Have a good think about Peat's,
like I believe that our players
are there for each other more
times! But no with all rubbish
being said I believed that it was
getting to our players and e.c.t.

The same with our other player
made him go to the Storm, he
      also is playing fantastic.
Why once they leave the Eels!
      For some unknown reason
all our X players play so better.
I don't understand it at all.
      Parramum... Cheers!
