Nathan Peats

I know there has been debate as to wether or not Mannah should continue be our captain, personally, I think Peats should be our ONLY captain. I'm not a fan of having multiple captains and I'm not sure Mannah is the man for the job. Peats is an 80 minute player, he leads by example on the park, he isn't afraid to call the shots and take the blame when things don't go to plan and he is now our best and most important player. I think Parra should be looking at Peats to replace Hayne as the "face" of the franchise. BA and SS should be building this team around Nathan, Hoppa and Tepai. They are all young, with massive potential. Obviously we need a half, but these three guys should be the cornerstone of the organisation in my opinion, then surround them with suitable talent. But for me, Peats is the ideal player to lead this team both on and off the park.In terms of free agency, I wouldn't rush into making any big decisions just yet. Play next season out with the team we have, obviously it will be tougher without Hayne, but I still think we will be competitive. Next year is a golden opportunity to give players within the organisation an opportunity. There are some nice player coming off contract at the end of next season. We have to buy the right player(s) and spend the cash wisely. Still disappointed we lost Sio. Wish Hayne had have made his mind up earlier so we could have offered him more money. He is going to be a no loss for the club.Thoughts?
