There are plenty of areas, but also go towards untapped areas that other teams have neglected. Wests have neglected Campbelltown and Camden area where i am, St. George neglect Wollongong and onwards. Look at those areas and pluck juniors from there as well as this area. It's not about getting local juniors its juniors in general and building an academy.

What is Nathan brown job in the pathways? Is it to go around to pick the best talent? Is he in charge? What's his role?
Well from reports it was just to do a review of the pathways but he has always said he wants to work on junior coaches and players in pathways, he doesn't want to coach anymore but help fellow coaches and players to get to NRL. So hopefully he's out Matt Cameron
