NAS was offered $800k from Parramatta

Nelson Asofa-Solomona admits offers from the Warriors and also reports are he had an $800k offer from Parramatta. Not sure how long the deal was and whether 100% true. But if it is, why offer that much and it seems they are desperate to get a middle in of some sorts.

  • Somehow I doubt this was the case.

  • Boxers almost always exaggerate to gain attention.  Next up Bears offered 1.1 mil

  • I know for a fact we only offered a Nintendo gameboy and a Yogo.

    • A Yogo and not a Yogo 2? Bloody MON, no wonder NAS turned us down.

  • There is no quote from NAS to say he was offered $800k by anyone, let alone Parra, and i doubt very much we would have offered that. My mail was it was $500k which he knocked back, but never negotiated for more. I think he might come back to league once he realises he's not a boxer.

    • Just going off the report, didn't say NAS said that. I said he admitted offer from Warriors, should have reworded that it was mentioned a $800k offer.

      • I think Zero Tackle has reported it wrong. NAS was on a reported $800k per year contract with the Storm. I don't believe either the Warriors or Eels would have been close to that.

  • nas,  papenhauzen and lomax are all schifofske managed,  there are a lot of issues there

    • Well Shane Gillis was on Kent podcast and i understand he would say professional things but god he talks a lot of shit. Supporting Clinton and Lomax.

      • Whether or not we made an offer I'm relieved he won't be in Blue & Gold.

Cause he can't help himself giving high shots.....and then putting on the famous innocent deep stare.
