These guys up the top have no clue. When parents see Tapau n coultess others get away with reckless swinging fore arm to jaw with basically zero punishment how's that going to increase league numbers. That's not toughness imo but cowardly. It's been going on for years so Todd n his merry men should've acted already. Looking forward to the day when we have top notch admin for league. Looks like Parra's hopefully on the right track now. Maybe NRL can clean out and follow suit one day.
