In case you don't know Brent Read is reporting that Moanly have pulled out of the race for Browny. Read claims the Eagles may now go after Matto, but Read says he wants to stay. Personally,, with all due respect to Matto, I would rather keep Browny if I had to chosse between the two. On another note, I felt sorry for Andrew Davey yesterday. He has more than likely done his ACL. The dreaded Brookvale turf strikes again

If we lose Matto or Brown I'd buy Jack Merci from the Warriors - really like what I saw from him last year. Heaps of upside.
Just on recruitment I'd also make an offer to Daniel Tupou to replace Fergo next year. I don't think the Roosters would fight too hard to keep him now he's at the back end of his career - turns 30 this year.
