My opinion, don't make it right.

BA has his doubters, I understand that but this man is more than a country coach as he has been described on this site. I have worked in an industry that has allowed me to talk to people far more qualified than myself to judge the abilities of BA and they.....One in particular a former QLD and Australian player who states.....He's a good one....He is a leader of men and a man who is not arrogant but is a man prepared to learn from his mistakes. BA had 10 wins last year with the great Jarryd Hayne and with a bit of luck(Playing the what if card) could have had 9 wins already this year but for luck/circumstances, call it what you like, in the Warriors/Souths and Cowboys games, and yet may still achieve 10 wins by seasons end anyway. This is a team on the up, and with the addition of three new rep players for next year and hopefully better luck with injuries and suspensions,we may finally become a force in this this competition. I for one will keep the faith in BA and look forward to better times, and this man will bring it.......It's my opinion, don't make it right, but certainly makes it something worth looking forward to...... • I think he is a good coach with the promise of becoming a great coach

    • My thoughts too mate.

    • Indeed
  • The best coaches in the game have an ability to attract talent. Arthur has that.

  • Fair blog mate, I was very sceptical about BA, he has certainly made some rookie mistakes tactically. I know he hasn't admitted it publically, but the sort of guy he is I reckon he would have owned up to it with his team. Eg not making interchanges against cowboys in 2nd half and Sandow at fullback. He completely won me over with his interview with Mathew (fuckface) Johns on the grill team though. His commitment to Parra club, fans and players is truly passionate like ive never heard before. He doesn't give a toss about the office or how tough it gets, he is here for as long as he can control. Not interested in running if the going gets tough.

    • My point exactly mate.....JT is justifying his Lovett move recently, rather than owning up to being wrong.....BA will do well.

    • Perhaps we should just see what BA does for the rest of the year before we give we say this or that . The Dragons win was a good one but we should keep in mind that we played a team that had 4 days rest while we had 14 days and they still nearly got us at the end .
    • Ditto mate. (Timbodavo)

  • He played 1 game for NSW...ex-rep player?

  • Hi Snoop, Not one for arguments mate, but Gordon did play for NSW.
